Getting a letter from the IRS is scary. It doesn’t have to stay that way.

What you need to know

The IRS isn’t as unpredictable as it feels when you’re on the receiving end of a notice. They operate by a rulebook. They have processes, programs, and resolution options that most people never know exist — because nobody told them.

That’s where I come in. As a federally licensed Enrolled Agent, I represent you directly before the IRS — so you don’t have to deal with them at all. I know the rules, I know the options, and I know how to get results.

It’s not too late. Whatever stage you’re at — a notice you’ve been ignoring, a debt you can’t pay, unfiled returns, a levy on your account — there are options. The worst thing you can do is nothing.

What I handle

IRS Notices

Got a letter? Don’t ignore it. I handle the response and communicate with the IRS on your behalf.

Audits

Representation through the audit process — so you’re not walking in alone and saying the wrong thing.

Back Taxes

Owe more than you can pay? There are programs designed for exactly this situation. I’ll find the right one.

IRS Collections

If collections have started, there are still options. Time matters — the sooner we act the better.

Installment Agreements

Payment plans exist and are more accessible than most people think. I’ll negotiate the right terms.

Lien Discharge

A federal tax lien doesn’t have to follow you forever. There are paths to discharge and resolution.

Offers in Compromise

In some cases the IRS will settle for less than you owe. Whether you qualify depends on your situation.

Penalty Abatement

Penalties can sometimes be reduced or removed entirely. Most people don’t know to ask.

Unfiled Returns

Behind on filing? Getting current is almost always the first step — and it’s more manageable than it sounds.

Why an Enrolled Agent

Enrolled Agents are federally licensed to practice before the IRS — the same authority as a CPA or attorney, but with a specialization in taxation. When I represent you, I speak to the IRS directly. You don’t have to be in the room — or on the phone.

One thing to know

I handle civil tax matters only. Criminal tax issues fall outside the scope of what I do — those require a tax attorney.

Let’s talk about what you’re dealing with.
